Every figure of the report, reviewed inside Office
Interiu FDD is an add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. It reviews a financial due diligence report where it is written and points at each figure that does not agree with the rest of the report. The review runs on your computer: the document is not uploaded anywhere.
What it reviews
Arithmetic
Totals and subtotals, ratios, margins and growth rates, standard accounting identities.
Consistency
The same figure across slides, tables and charts; text against the tables it describes; one statement repeated with another figure.
Structure
Numbering, cross-references to appendices and pages, the report's own definitions.
Pictures of tables
Tables pasted as images are read with text recognition that also runs on your computer.
Each finding is a card in the panel. Clicking it selects the figure in the document: the shape in PowerPoint, the cell in Excel, the text in Word. You confirm or dismiss each finding; PDF files can be reviewed from the same panel.
Your document stays on your computer
- The add-in's files are loaded from fdd.interiu.com when the panel opens. After that the review works with the network switched off.
- The add-in edition in Microsoft Marketplace contains no code that sends document content, findings or usage anywhere.
- The panel's security policy allows it to contact only fdd.interiu.com, and it shows a live count of every network request since it opened.
- The add-in does not ask you to sign in and does not use an AI service.
Details: privacy policy.
Where it works
PowerPoint, Excel and Word in Microsoft 365 on Windows and Mac, and in Office on the web (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Getting the add-in
A licence is required. Interiu FDD is licensed to advisory firms under a written agreement with Interiu AI S.L. To arrange a licence or a trial for your firm, write to info@interiu.com or use the form at interiu.com.
Once your firm has a licence, the add-in is installed from Microsoft Marketplace (in Office: Home → Add-ins, search for "Interiu FDD"), or deployed to everyone at once by your Microsoft 365 administrator in the admin centre (Settings → Integrated apps).
